This work explains with rigor and clarity the main processes of cabinetmaking, carving and work on the lathe, marquetry and the restoration of wooden objects and furniture. Articulated as a practical manual, it constitutes a detailed guide to develop the different woodworking processes. The first chapter shows the most common woods and explains their main characteristics, as well as the materials and tools necessary to develop each technique. The following four chapters correspond to the different disciplines. They show in detail the particular technical aspects of each one, as well as the practice, explained step by step, where four exercises are offered with the complete creation process, from the project to the finished work, and the restoration, establishing a sequence to progress in the fundamental aspects of woodworking.

This book deals with glass working techniques in the oven, presented in a didactic and appropriate manner for people interested in this specialty from a practical perspective. In its pages it is taught, after a brief review of its history, the nature of glass and its behavior, the materials and tools used and the processes that should be known before beginning the working techniques in the kiln, explained with its baking cycles. In the last chapter, as an example, the making of various objects with different techniques is shown step by step.

Esta obra, estructurada en dos grandes partes, es un compendio sobre la realización de vitrales y su restauración. En la primera parte el lector encontrará los conocimientos indispensables sobre materiales, herramientas y técnicas de realización, así como ocho proyectos paso a paso de diversos tipos de vitrales, desde el vitral emplomado hasta el vitral realizado con silicona, una técnica novedosa, prácticamente desconocida. La segunda parte del libro aborda los materiales y las técnicas básicas de la restauración, en especial del vitral emplomado, ilustrado con dos proyectos paso a paso.
